About Us
Bravo Mike is a marine consultancy business based in Auckland, specialising in all aspects of luxury yacht management. This includes yacht maintenance and servicing, charters, sales, local refits, new builds, vessel management, owner advice, and acquisitions.

Bravo Mike Maritime was founded by professional yachtsman Blair MacLeod; with the objective of utilising his years of experience and expertise to assist others in making their yachting experiences as seamless and efficient as possible. With 30 years in the Superyacht business, including 25 years as a Captain, Blair has sailed around the world on a variety of yachts, logging over 300,000 Nautical Miles (Nm).
Throughout his career, Blair has specialised in luxury sailing yachts and has a wealth of experience in providing yacht owners with all their yachting requirements, including cruising schedules, managing maintenance and re-fit programs, crew management, and ensuring excellent onboard hospitality. With a focus on the South Pacific region, Blair is well-equipped to handle all your yachting needs.
